A bankable opportunity

I think it’s a wonderful time (to be more enterprising). Rents are cheap. If you’ve always wanted to run a bakery for dogs, people are still spending a lot of money on their pets. This is a great moment to go and do what you’ve always wanted to do.

Oh man, am I ever glad I found this site.
I finally had to take the stupid Monocle podcast off my lineup, I just couldn't take it anymore.
None of my friends know who he is, so I have no one to ask, “Did he really just say that?!”

That said, he'd be kinda hot if he'd just shut the hell up.

Best of luck with this, and thanks.
